1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days under the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned with original receipt/invoice.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item is sent from our side, Nadqad Beauty will be fully responsible. In this case:

  • We will replace the product or

  • Provide a full refund, and

  • Return shipping charges will be paid by Nadqad Beauty.

3. Customer Responsibility

If the return request is due to:

  • Change of mind,

  • Wrong order placed by customer,

  • Incorrect size/shade selected by customer,
    then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Nadqad Beauty will not be liable for these cases.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
